Technical support
A machine is only as good as the help behind it on a Friday afternoon.
Direct technical support
Talk to people who use this equipment rather than a script. Commissioning, fault-finding, and the awkward question at four o clock on a Friday.
Service, calibration and repair
Scales drift and sensors age. Scheduled calibration keeps a station reading true, and a repair keeps it earning instead of standing.
Commissioning and handover
A machine delivered is not a machine working. We set it up and show the team how to run it properly the first time.
Spares and consumables
Filters, hoses, couplers and the consumables a station needs to stay in work.
Training
Delivered by working engineers rather than presenters, on equipment the room will actually use.
Automotive air-conditioning training
Unparalleled automotive air-conditioning training, from system fundamentals through to diagnosis on a live vehicle.
EV and hybrid thermal systems
Battery cooling and cabin climate sharing one loop. What changes, and what will catch out a technician who treats it like a conventional system.
Flushing and contamination
What a contaminated circuit actually does to a new compressor, and how to clean one properly rather than hopefully.
Delivered by a qualified assessor
Training in the UK and Ireland is delivered by an IMI-qualified Diagnostic Technician who is Level 4 EV/Hybrid qualified and a City & Guilds and IMI Assessor.
Technician resources
The documents a workshop asks for once the machine is on the floor.
- Machine manuals and quick-start guides
- Best practices using the flushing function
- Refrigerant handling reference
- Service intervals and calibration schedule
Support and training
Is technical support included?
Yes. Support on a machine we supplied is part of supplying it. Tell us the model and what it is doing, and you will get someone who has used one.
Do you train outside the UK and Ireland?
Ask us. Training is delivered directly in the UK and Ireland; elsewhere it depends on the market and the distributor, and we would rather tell you plainly than promise a date we cannot hold.
Can you service a machine you did not supply?
Often, yes. Service, calibration and repair are offered for workshop air-conditioning equipment generally, not only for our own range. Send us the make and model.
How do I arrange training or a demonstration?
Use the contact form and select an on-site demonstration, or tell us how many technicians you want to put through training and where you are.
Tell us what your workshop needs
Support, a service visit, or a room full of technicians. Same form either way.
