Knowledge. Technology. Practical experience.

Nunchi Training Academy is dedicated to professional technical training within automotive and heavy-duty thermal management systems.

From theory to real-world application.

Our mission is to provide technicians, workshops, trainers, distributors, manufacturers, and industry professionals with the theoretical knowledge and practical skills required to understand, diagnose, service, and repair today’s and tomorrow’s increasingly advanced thermal management systems.

Our training philosophy is based on connecting technical theory with real-world workshop experience. Participants learn not only how thermal management systems are designed to operate, but also how to identify faults, understand system behavior, select the correct service procedures, and use modern diagnostic and service equipment effectively.

The transition toward hybrid, battery-electric, and alternative-energy vehicles is transforming thermal management from a traditional comfort system into one of the vehicle’s most important systems for energy efficiency, battery performance, driving range, component protection, and passenger comfort.

Common questions

Who is the training for?

Technicians, workshops, trainers, distributors, manufacturers and other industry professionals. Content and technical level are set against the experience of the people in the room rather than a fixed syllabus.

Onsite or online?

Both. Shorter technical sessions work well online. Full-day programmes are primarily onsite, because the practical half needs vehicles, systems and equipment in the room.

Can training be built around our own equipment?

Yes. Content, duration and technical level can be adapted around specific vehicles, systems, refrigerants, chemicals, tools, service machines and procedures. Tell us what your team works on and we will build the programme around it.
