I am a Danish automotive thermal management specialist, international technical trainer, consultant, and Owner of Nunchi Climate Group.

My specialist areas include Automotive Air Conditioning, Heat Pump systems, refrigerants, service equipment, components, chemicals, diagnostics, system flushing, and Thermal Management technologies for conventional, hybrid, and electric vehicles.

I work internationally with manufacturers, distributors, workshops, technical organizations, training organizations, and industry professionals to transform complex technologies into practical solutions. A central part of my work is helping the automotive industry prepare for the technological changes created by electrification, new refrigerants, environmental legislation, and increasingly sophisticated vehicle Thermal Management systems.

With over two decades of hands-on experience in advanced automotive diagnostics, specialist vehicle technologies and technical compliance, I founded ST Automotive Solutions Ltd to deliver expert service, calibration and repair for workshop air-conditioning equipment alongside unparalleled automotive air-conditioning training.

As an IMI-qualified Diagnostic Technician, Level 4 EV/Hybrid qualified, and a City & Guilds and IMI Assessor, my background spans senior technical roles, from lead field engineer positions at LKQ Autoclimate to delivering specialist A/C consultancy and technical training for major international industry leaders.

I have been working in automotive air conditioning since 1999. I started as a technician at my father's company and took over the business in 2004, a company that specialized primarily in everything related to cooling and heating in cars, trucks, and agricultural vehicles. In 2021, after 17.5 years, I sold my shares in the company and decided to pursue a different path.

In the years that followed, I began teaching training courses on air conditioning, which I combined with handling warranty claims for AC compressors and turbos as an independent contractor. During that time, I disassembled several thousand compressors to determine why they had failed.

Through everything I have done in the field of air conditioning, I have gained a tremendous amount of knowledge and experience, knowledge that I am happy to share in the training courses I teach.

Since 2025, I have been involved with a group of specialists in air conditioning and equipment at Nunchi Climate Group. This was an excellent opportunity for me to gain even more knowledge and share it with the rest of the world.

Victor Lissitchkov is an automotive A/C and thermal management specialist with more than 20 years of experience in the automotive aftermarket.

For over two decades he was a regional distributor for a leading European manufacturer of air-conditioning and engine-cooling parts, covering passenger cars, commercial vehicles and other vehicle applications. This long-term experience has given him extensive knowledge of automotive climate and cooling systems, aftermarket distribution, workshop requirements and technical service.

Since 2017, Victor has also been active as a technical trainer, delivering professional training in automotive A/C systems, cooling systems, diagnostics, troubleshooting and thermal management.

Today, as part of Nunchi Climate Group, his focus is on developing the South-Eastern European market for advanced automotive climate solutions, including next-generation refrigerants from Orbia, such as R-456A and R-444A, and professional A/C system flushing technologies from Tektino.

His work combines technical expertise, market experience and practical understanding of workshop needs, with a particular focus on the evolving requirements of ICE, hybrid and electric vehicles.
