Komponenter

Hvordan de enkelte komponenter er konstrueret, hvordan de opfører sig i et anlæg i drift, og hvordan én defekt komponent viser sig alle andre steder.

Nunchi Training Academy provides specialized theoretical and practical technical training in components used in automotive air conditioning and heat pump systems.

The training focuses on understanding how individual components are designed, how they operate, how they interact within the complete system, and how component performance and failures affect system operation.

Our training is designed for technicians, workshops, trainers, distributors, manufacturers, and other automotive professionals who want to strengthen their technical understanding of traditional A/C systems as well as the increasingly complex heat pump systems used in hybrid and electric vehicles.

Training can be delivered onsite at your location or online and can be provided as theoretical training, practical hands-on training, or a combination of both.

  • Three Flexible Training Options
  • 1–2 Hours – Component Introduction / Technical Update

A focused training session covering selected A/C and heat pump components.

Ideal for introducing component design, function, different technologies, common failures, new developments, or differences between conventional A/C and modern heat pump components.

The training can be delivered online or onsite and is primarily theoretical, with practical component demonstrations included where appropriate.

3–4 Hours – In-Depth Component Training

A more comprehensive session providing a deeper technical understanding of the main components used in automotive A/C and heat pump systems.

The training can include component construction, operating principles, system interaction, pressure and temperature behavior, diagnostics, common failures, testing, and replacement procedures.

When delivered onsite, theoretical training can be combined with practical demonstrations, component inspection, testing, and hands-on exercises.

Full-Day – Complete Theoretical & Practical Component Training

Our most comprehensive component training program, combining detailed theoretical knowledge with practical hands-on experience.

Participants can work with actual components, service and diagnostic equipment, system measurements, component testing, failure analysis, and troubleshooting.

The objective is to provide participants with a complete understanding of what each component does, how it should operate, how to identify when it is not operating correctly, and how component failures influence the complete thermal management system.

Components Covered

Depending on the selected training program and customer requirements, training can include:

  • Mechanical and Electric Compressors
  • Fixed and variable displacement compressors
  • Scroll, piston, rotary vane and other compressor technologies
  • Condensers and Gas Coolers
  • Evaporators
  • Internal and external heat exchangers
  • Chillers and Coolant/Refrigerant Heat Exchangers
  • Internal Heat Exchangers (IHX)
  • Receiver driers and accumulators
  • Desiccants and filtration
  • Thermostatic Expansion Valves (TXV)
  • Block expansion valves
  • Orifice tubes
  • Electronic Expansion Valves (EXV)
  • Solenoid and shut-off valves
  • Multi-way and directional valves
  • Coolant pumps
  • Fans and airflow components
  • Pressure and temperature sensors
  • Electronic controls and actuators
  • Refrigerant hoses, pipes, seals and connections
  • Service ports and valves
  • Component Function, Diagnostics & Failure Analysis

An important part of the training is understanding how component problems affect the complete A/C or heat pump system.

Participants can learn how to use pressure, temperature, electronic data, visual inspection, and system behavior to identify component-related problems.

Training can cover common component failures such as compressor damage, restrictions, contamination, moisture, leaking valves, blocked heat exchangers, sensor failures, incorrect valve operation, internal leakage, and reduced heat-transfer performance.

This approach helps technicians move beyond simply replacing components and instead develop a more systematic understanding of why a component failed and how to correctly diagnose the root cause.

Onsite or Online – Theory and Practice

Every training program can be customized to the participants’ experience, technical level, vehicle applications, component technologies, and specific requirements of the organization.

Our onsite programs can combine classroom theory with practical component demonstrations, cutaway components, system testing, measurements, diagnostics, and hands-on exercises.

Online programs provide flexible access to our theoretical component training and technical expertise, making them ideal for technical updates, product training, new component technologies, troubleshooting, and continuing education.

Whether you require a 1–2 hour component introduction, a 3–4 hour in-depth technical session, or a complete full-day theoretical and practical training program, Nunchi Training Academy can tailor the content to your needs.
